RESOLUTION NO. 4826
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafte.r described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM A. S1M and DOROTHY A. SIM,
to se to the Ci, y of Anaheim the fo lowing described rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange~ State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for public utiLity purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land described as follows:

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
