RESOLUTION NO. 4824
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COVNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT D~ED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public
utility purposes ; and
'WHEREAS, the owner__ of said property ha-!- orrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim rinds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council or the
City or Anaheim that the offer of EUCLID BALL COMPANY. a corDoratioD,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement ror road and public utility DurDesea,
and more particularly described as foflows:
An easement ror road and public utility purposes over,
under and across those parcels or land described aa
follows:
Lots A.B.C. & D. or Tract Noo 2779, as shown on a map
filed in Book 92, Pages 35 through 40, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anahelm accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
