A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3395
RELATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A CERTAIN
AREA OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on the 24th day of July, 1956,
adopt Resolution No. 3395 in reclassification proceedings
No. F-S5-S6-43, upon application from Russel O. Roquet and
Dorothy Roquet for a change of zone of certain real prop-
erty described in said application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that Russel
O. Roquet and Dorothy Roquet are no longer the owners of
the entire parcel of property described in said resolution,
and that only that portion of said property now owned by
said applicants should, therefore, be reclassified; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3395 adopted July
24, 1956, in reclassification proceedings No. F-55-56-43, be
amended as follows:
Tha t the descr iption of the' real prope rty set
forth in said resolution be changed to read
as follows:
"The Northerly 150 feet of Lot 21 of 'Golden
State Tract No.2,' as per map recorded in
Book 4, Page 68 of Miscellaneous. Maps in the
Office of the Recorder of Orange County,
California."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 3395 be and remain in full force and
effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare
and submit to the City Council an amendment to Article IX,
Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said
Anaheim MuniCipal Code to accompl ish the object herein
found and determined to be necessary and proper.
