A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
3396 RELATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A
CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on the 24th day of July, 1956, adopt Resolu-
tion No. 3396 in reclassification proceeding No. F-55-56-44,
upon application from Walker and Lee, Inc., for a change of
zone of certain real property described in said application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the descrip-
tion of the property contained in said resolution is erroneous
and should be corrected; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said proceeding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3396, adopted July
24, 1956, be amended as follows:
That the description of the real property set
forth in said resolution be changed to read as
follows:
Parcell:
The West 133 feet of the North 165 feet of the
Northwest quarter (NWt> of Section 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
Parcel 2:
The East 35 feet of the West 168 feet of the
North 165 feet of the Northwest quarter (NWi>
of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. 8. M.;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 15 feet of the
North 165 feet of the East 27 feet of the West
160 feet of the Northwest quarter of Section
18.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 3396 be and remain in full force and effect.
.~D BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and sub-
mit to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal
Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be
necessary and proper.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of October, 19S8.
