A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD A~D PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and Dublio ntility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the ownerJL of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MAX F.~~gR and.MAY E.
HILTSCHER, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of 'Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and PUblic utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL 1: The Westerly 53.00 feet of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 1,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point 115.70 feet Southerly of the
North line of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 1, ~ownship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M., and 53.00
feet Easterly of the West line of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of said Section 1, said point of beginning
also being the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and
having a radius of 72.00 feet; thenoe Northerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 56-41'11", an arc
distance of 71.23 feet; thence N. 56- 01' 46" E. 44.75 feet to
a point in a line parallel with and 30.00 feet Southerly of the
North line of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
said Section 1; thence S. 89- 42' 13" w. 69.98 feet to a point
in a line parallel with and distant 53.00 feet Easterly of the
West line of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
said Section 1; thence Southerly along the last mentioned
parallel line to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
