A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO HERB YOUNGER TO MOVE A DWELLING
FROM 12084 EAST WESTMINSTER, SANTA ANA,
CALIF'ORNIA, TO 1454 BURTON AVENUE, AIUHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Herb Younger having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
rrom 12084 East Westminster, Santa Ana, California, to 1454
Burton Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 14th day of October, 1958, at the hour of 7:00
o'clock P. M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, build-
ing or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed
for said hearing, as the names of suoh owners appeared upon
the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and said Council having duly considered said
application together with all evidence and reports submitted in
connection therewith does find that said application should be
granted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of 8aid Herb Younger
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 12084
East Westminster, Santa Ana, California, to 1454 Burton Avenue,
Anaheim, California be, and the same is hereby, granted subject
to compliance with all of the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter
5 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving of build-
ings from a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of October, 1958.
