be changed from C-I. NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCiAL ZONE to C-2. GENERAL-
COMMERCIAl. ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property deed to the
City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet in width
from the center line of the street along Euclid
Avenue for street widening purposes.
2. That all buildings erected on subject property
shall be constructed in accordance with the re-
vised plans, dated October 14, 1958, submitted
to the City Council and on file with the City
of Anaheim.
3. That the owner of subject pr~perty place of
record standard City of Anaheim C-2 Deed Restrictions
approved by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object
herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
