WHERZaS, the City Auditor has submitted to the City Council
for its examination, consideration and approval, demands against the
City as of October 14, 1958 --Warrants No. 14 598 to
14.873 , both inclusive, totaling $ 457.732.33
and
WHER~.S, the City Council finds that all of said demands
arc proper and should be paid, except
NOVi, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bJ the Cit;.' Council that
all of said demands, except
be,and the same are hereby, approved and the Cit~" ..uditor be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to issue warrc~ts therefor.
~N.D BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be, and
hu is hereby, c.uthorized and diroctod to pay said warrants upon presen-
tation to him by the persons entitled to receivo payment thereon, or their
duly authorized representatives.
