of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, as said section is shown on a map filed in Book 51,
Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of sa rd county, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of said North-
west quarter with the center line of Anaheim-Olive Road as

COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim C-2 Deed Restrictions,
approved by the City Attorney.
2. That the buildings to be erected on subject property
conform in general to the revised plan, dated October
7, 1958, submitted to the City Council and on file
with the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to
accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary
and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of October, 1958.
