RESOLUTION NO. 47~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owner or said property ha s orrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim rinds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest or the City or Anaheim
to accept said orrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the
City or Anaheim that the orrer or GIBRALTER HOMES, a partnership
to sell to the City or Anaheim the rollowing described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County or Orange, State or Cali-
rornia, to be used ror publio utilitI purposes ,
and more particularly described as ro lows:
An easement ror public utility purposes over the
southwesterly 2 feet of the most northeasterly 12
feet of lot 15, the southwesterly 2 feet of the
northeasterly 12 reet of lots 16, 17, 20, 21 and 28
and the north 12 feet of lots 29 and 30, all in
tract No. 1353 in the city or Anaheim, county or Orange,
state of California, as per map recorded in book 105
pages 23, 24, 25 and 26 of Miscellaneous Mapa, in the
office of the county recorder of said county.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Councilor the City
or Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance or said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out or General Funds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
