RESOLUTION NO. 4784
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AMD PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and puhlic utility
nraoses ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ or said property ha~ orrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City or Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of RECTOR L. COONS and MARGUERITE
COOIiS. huahaad and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and PUh1ir utility BUrDas.a ,
and more particularly described as fol ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the easterly 30 feet of
that parcel of land, described as fol1o~:
The West t of the Northwest i of the Southeast t
of the Southwest * of Section 2, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, 5.B.B. & M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 476 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
