58R-4783 RESOLUTION NO. 4783 -~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3142 ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A CHANGE OF ZONE IS NECESSARY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY AND THAT ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE SHOULD BE M~ENDED TO ACCOMPLISH SAID CHANGE OF ZONE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did heretofore, to wit, on the 14th day of February, 1956, adopt Resolution No. 3142 in reclassification proceedings No. F-55-56-l7. upon application from Dr. E. H. Kersten for a change of zone of certain real property described in said application; and WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. l, 2 and 3 in said resolu- tion are as follows: 1. That a cinder block wall, 6 feet in hei9'1 t, shall be constructed along North Citron Street, 19 feet from the curb, and running from the south property line to within 100 feet of the 1"1 north property line. -, Said wall shall be tapered at the ingress to, ~ or egress from the parking lot on said property ". , , to enable pedestrians on the sidewalk to be seen by people driving in or out of the parking lot. 2. No ingress or egress from said property shall be permitted on Citron Street at any place other than within 100 feet of the north property line. 3. Landscaping shall be furnished and maintained by the owner of subject property between the cinder block wall and the curb on Citron Street the full length of the wall. AND WHEREAS, the City Council does find that Resolu- tion No. 3142 should be amended to allow compliance with the above numbered conditions at the time of development of the property described in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone and completing said proceedings; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3142, adopted February l4, 1956, be amended as follows: ,"--' That the following paragraph be added to and made a part of said resolution: "That Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 above set forth shall be complied with at the time of the development of subject property." -1- ".-. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Resolution No. 3142 be and remain in full force and effect. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council of the City of Anaheim an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
