58R-4780 RESOLUTION NO. ill.Q -~ A RESOUJT ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4675 ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNC IL OF' THE CITY OF' ANAHE 1M FIND ING AND DETERMINING THAT A CHANGE OF ZONE IS NECESSARY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY, AND THAT ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHE IM IvlUNICIPAL CODE SHOULD BE AMENDED TO ACCOMPLISH SAID CHANGE OF ZONE." WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did heretofore, to wi t, on the 5 th day of August, 1958, adopt Resolution No. 4675 in reclassification proceedings No. F-58-59-l, upon application from Harry S. Rinker, Tietz Construction Company, 11900 Gilbert Street, Garden Grove, California, for a change of zone of certain real property described in said application; and WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 finds that said property is described in said resolution as Revised Tentative Tract No. 2222, and that since the adoption of Resolution No. 4675 said tract map has again been revised; and WHEREAS, due to said revision and the type of development planned for said tract, said applicant has requested that the property be changed from R-1 to C-2 and R-3 Zones, rather than to C-l and R-3, with a portion remaining R-l, as set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said revised map of Tentative Tract No. 2222 dated September 30, 1958 should be approved, and t hat said request for C-2 and R-] zoning of said property should be granted; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zones and completing said proceedings; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4675, adopted August 5, 1958, be amended as follows: 1. That the property described in said resolution, being Tentative Tract No. 2222, revised as above set forth, be changed from R-I. Single-Family Residential Zone, to the following zones: That Lot 1 be changed to C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE; and - That Lots 2 to 48, both inclusive, be changed to R-J, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE. 'j L. That all buildinQS erected on Lots 24, 25, 26, 39, 40, 41 a~d 48 be limited to one story in height. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Resolution No. 4675 be and remain in full force and effect. -1- ,;T' ~...,} .,-,c.
