RESOLUTION NO. 4770
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURFOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and pUblic uti1itv
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT L. WETZLER and ETHEL L.
WFT7.IFR, hu~hl'lnd and w-ifp.,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility pUrposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 53 feet of
that parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly 200 feet of the Southerly 312 feet
of the Northerly 502.00 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out or General Funds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
