RESOLUTION NO. 4752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND FUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utilitv
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ or said property ha!!- orrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim rinds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the
City or Anaheim that the orrer or FRANK T. MORENO and GERMAINE A_

to sell to the City or Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State or Cali-
rornia, to be used ror road ~d PU~lil utility purposes
and more particularly describe as 0 OWS:

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 32 feet of
that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 3 as shown
on a map of a portion of said Section 9 made for
F. W. Fleischmann, recorded in Book I, Page 56,
Record of Surveys, Records of said Orange County,
California; thence South along the East line of said
Lot 3, 386.05 feet; thence Westerly parallel with
the North line of said Lot 3, 315.00 feet, which
line is also the South line of that certain parcel
of land conveyed to Earl R. Bushard by deed recorded
in Book 21, Page 375, Records of said Orange County
and which point is herein designated as the true
point of beginning; thence Southerly on a line paral-
lel with the East line of said Lot 3 and distant
315.00 feet therefrom a distance of 240.00 feet;
thence Southwesterly a distance of 380.03 feet to a
point in the Vest line of said Lot 3 which is distant
743.75 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner
thereof; thence Northerly along the West line of said
Lot 3 a distance of 357.07 feet; thence Easterly on
a line parallel with the North line of said Lot 3,
and distant 386.05 feet therefrom a distance of
362.00 feet to the true point of beginning.

or Anaheim, and that the City or Anaheim accept a conveyance or said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out of General Funds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
