A RBSOI.l1TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHI!IIl MEJf.DDlG IUiSOLUTION N~. 4120 RELATING
TO A GHAJfGE OF zOIm III A CERTAIN AlIA OF THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheilll did her&-
tofor" to wit, on the 1st day of October, 1957, adopt Resolution KG.
4120 ia reclassification proceeding No. F-56-57-83, upon application
from Subdivision Finance Corp. for a change of ~one of certain real
property described in said application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the property
referred to in said resolution is described as Lots 1 and 14 of Tract
No. 1647, in the City of Anaheilll, County of Orange, State of California,
and that since said resolution was adopted the property in Tract No.
1647 has been resubdivided and a new tract map r8corded, and said
property described as Lots 1 and 14 of Tract No. 1647 in Resolution
No. 4120, is now described as Lots 1 to 66, both inclusive, of Tract
No. 3278; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that as a result of the
re-subdivision of said property the description contained in Resolution
No. 4120 is incorrect and should be changed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that an ordinance has
never been adopted directing said change of zone and cospleting said
proceeding;;
NOW,-THEIIFOIE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheilll that "solution No. 4120, adopted October 1, 1957,
be amended as follows:
That the description of the real property mentioned in said
resolution be changed to read as follows:
~Lots 1 to 66, both inclusive, of Tract No. 3278,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 104,
Pages 8, 9 and 10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County."
BE IT FURTHERRBS01VED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 4120 be and rell&in 1.n full force and effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha t the City A ttorney be, and he
is hereby, authorhed and directed to prepare and subllli t to the Ci ty
Council an alllendaent to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the A...ta. .unicipal
Code to amend said Anaheim .unicipal Code to accomplish the object herein
found and deterlllined to be necessary and proper.
