RESOLUTION NO. 4715
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utilIty
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of' said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of RUDOLPH WESNER and HELEN WESNER,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of AnaheimJ County of OrangeJ State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes J
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 32 feet (as
measured at right angles to the monumented center
line of Romneya Drive) of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Westerly 80 feet of the Easterly 263.00 feet of
the Northerly 129.00 feet of that portion of Lot 9
of the Miles Rancho, as shown on a map filed in Book
4, Page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of AnaheimJ and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of' said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
