RESOLUTION NO. 4684-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR HOAD AND ;:'dLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s or said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ORVAL M. HALVORSEN and Y~DGE
HALVORSill~. husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and publ~l util~tv purposes ,
and more particularly described as to lows:
An easement .for road and public utility purposes,
over, under and across the ~asterly 53 feet (as meas1U'ed
at I'i2ht awdes to the monumented center line of Euclid
Avenu~) of ti1at parcel of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange. state of Cali.fornia. described
as follmvs:
'rhe Southerly 277 feet o.f the South two acres or the
2ast three acres of Lot 1 of Kellogg Homestead Tract, as
shown on a map filed in Book 2. Page 51 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, California.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out or General Funds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
