RESOLUT ION NO. 4666
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3236 HE-
UTING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A CERTAIN .AREA.
OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on the 24th day of April, 1956, adopt
Resolution No. 3236 in reclassificati0n proceeding No. F-55-56-31
upon application from Luxury Homes, Inc. for a change of ~one of
certain real property described in said application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the property
referred to in said resolution is described as Tract No. 2844
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
and that since said resolution was adopted the property in
Tract No. 2844 has been re-subdivided and a new tract map re-
corded, and said property is now described as Tract No. 3091; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that as a result
of the re-subdlvislon of said property, the lot numbers have been
changed, and that the lots proposed to be changed to C-l and
R-3 Zones are incorrectly stated in said resolution and should be
corrected; and
WHEREAS, the City Council dGes find that an Ordinance
has never been adopted directing said change of zone and com-
pleting said proceeding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3236, adopted April 24,
1956, be amended as follows:
1. That the description of the real property
mentioned in said resolution be changed to
read as follows:
aTract No. 3091, as per map recorded in Book
92, Pages 48 and 49 of Miscellaneous Maps in
the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.a
2. That Lots 2 and 3 in said Tract No. 3091 be
changed from R-l, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, to R-J, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE; and
That the remainder of the lots in said Tract
No. 3091 be changed to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD-
COMMERCIAL ZONE.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 3236 be and remain in full force and effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit
to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the

Anaheim MUnicipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to
accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary
and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of JUly, 1958.
