A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT D~ED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ~ AID JlUBLI~ lfl'ILlTY PVRPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road &ad ...lic utility
ParPes.s ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ATHrM$ OIL CORPORATIOI. a

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for read an~ puhli~ utili~ purpose. ,
and more particularly describe as follows:
An ease.ent for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 4$ feet (as measured at
right angles to the mon..ented center line of Cresceat
Avenue) and the Easterly 53 feet (as aeasured at rilht
angles to the montaente. center line of Euclid Aven.e)
of Parcell, and the Westerly 53 feet (as measured at
right angles to the monaaented center line of Eucli.

as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
