A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY OVERHANG PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public p~poses, to wit: An easement for public utility overhang
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Oity of Anaheim that the offer of ORVAL M. HALVORSEN and MADGE
:VORSEN husband and wife
to .e 1 to the C ty of Anaheim the fOi lowing described rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, Counity of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for public utility overhang purposes ,
and more particularly described as fo~lows:
An easement for public utility overhang purposes
over the Westerly 5 feet of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Southerly 277 feet of the South 2 acres of
the East 3 acres of Lot 1 of Kellogg Homestead
Tract as shown on a map filed in Book 8, Page 51
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Ana~eim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out or General Funds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
