A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinatter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement tor road and public utility
~~poses ; and
WHEREAS, the owners ot said property have ottered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ot Anaheim tinds
that it is tor the benetit and best interest ot the City ot Anaheim
to accept said otter and purchase said real property.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the
City ot Anaheim that the otter ot WI~IAM T. O'BRIEN and RALPH E.

to sell to the City ot Anaheim the to lowing described rea property
situated in the City ot Anaheim, County ot Orange, State ot Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as tollows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows as parcell and parcel 2.
Parcell. The Southerly 3 feet of the Northerly 53
feet of the Westerly 233.6 feet of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian.
Parcel 2. Commencing at a point 53.00 feet Southerly
and 74.83'Easterly of the North and West lines of
the NWt of the NWt of Section 20, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M., said point being the
beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence, Westerly and Southerly
along said curve through a central angle 00 8g033 '00"
an arc distance of 23.44 feet; thence, N 0 27'00" E
14.88 feet; thence, Easterly 14.88 feet to the point
of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
