-WHEREAS, ArtIch VIII, Chapter l-B, Sections 8150
and 8150.1 of the ARaheim Municipal Code requir. the con-
st~ction ot c..-.t curbs, gutters and sidewalks by aayone
constructing any building or dwelling within the City of
Anaheim, where said improvements do not already exist; and
WHEREAS, a waiver of curb and sidewalk requirements
has been requested for the property located at 3427 West Orange
Aveaue, ARaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that there ,Is no prese.t need for such improvements and that a
temporary waiver of the requirements thereof should be granted
tntil suc~ ti.e as curbs and sidewalks are found to be nece.-
sary and re.-ired by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City COliLDcll of
the City af Anaheim that a temporary waiver of curb and sidewalk
requiremeats for the property located at 3427 Vest Orange Avenue,
Anaketm, California, be, and the same is hereby granted until
..c~ time as the said i.provements shall be dee.ed necessary and
r8qtlested by the City Engineer.
BE IT FlJRTDlt RESeLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized ad directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to he placed of record in the Office of the
County Recorder of Orange Ceunty, California.
