A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror roa~ and public
utili ty purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ or said property ha~ ortered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim tinds
that it is for the benerit and best interest or the City at Anaheim
to accept said orfer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Ci ty or Anaheim that the ofrer or JUAN GUERRA and MARCELINA J.
GUERRA, husband and wite,
to sell to the City or Anaheim the rollowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County or Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used tor an ee,sement t:Rf road And pnh1ia 11t.i1it.1 pll"'peses
and more particularly described as to lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes, over,
under and across that parcel at land, described as tallows:
The Westerly 30.00 feet of the South half of the West
half of the South 165.00 reet ot the West half of the North-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter ot the Southwest quarter
or Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian,

or Anaheim, and that the City of Anahe~m accept a conveyance ot said
property.
