A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 840.
WHEREAS, the Oity Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a petition from the property GWners of certain
real property situated in the Oity of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 1 of .Walnut Colony Tract. as shown
on a map thereof filed in Book 1, Page 14 of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California, and more particularly described a.
