A RESOLUTION OF TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF M~fu~IM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF M~AtlliIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE~ffiNT FOR ALLEY
MfD PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
\.!H~q;C?EAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirpus pf pUrchastng the hereinafter described real
property for ~ublic purposes, to wit: An easement for
alley and public utility purposes; and
WIlliREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
UHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest. of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said
real property.
NOW, ~lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Herbert C. Kirchner
and Chester T. Gurney, dba GLEN-AlRE I1&NUFACTURING COMPANY,
a p~tnership, formerly WEST-AlRE rurnUFACTURING COMPANY, a
partnership, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange,Stace of Califoraia, to be used for an
easement for alley and. public utility purposes, and more
particularly described as follows:
An easement for alley and .9ublic utility purpose s
over, under and across the Northerly 1.75 feet of
that parcel of land located in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as follows:
The Northerly 130 feet of the Easterly rectangular
half of Vineyard Lot H-l as shown on a map of the
Lands of Anaheim, recorded in Book 4, Pages 629 and
630 of Deeds in the office of the County Recorder
of Los AnGeles County, California.

a conveyance of said property.

BE IT FURTHEH RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of

to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds,
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
