A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO 'rHE
CI'l'Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPER'l'Y FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD A;."W PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; anl
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~aheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City\of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM J. HEGEL and IRENE F.
HEGEL husband and wife, .
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for an easement for ro d and us,
and more particularly eBcr bed as 0 OWS:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 60 feet (as measured from the
monumented Center Line of Harbor Boulevard) of that parcel
of land, located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
state of California, described as follows:
The Southerly 250 feet of the NEt of the SEt of the
swi of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, 8.B,B.&M.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tt,e City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
S1UII of One Dollar ($1.00).
