RESOLUTION NO. 4183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of' Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinaf'ter described real property for
pUblic purposes, to wit~ An easement f'or ro~d ~nrl ~lhl1~
utility Duroases ; and
WHEREAS. the owner s of' said property ha ve of'f'ered to sell
aDd convey the same to the Ci ty; a.nd .-
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of' Anaheim finds that
it is f'or the benef'it and best interest of' the City of' Anaheim to
accept said of'f'er and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of' the
City of' Anaheim that the of'f'er of' RENE QDATACKER and MARY E.
QUATACKER, husband and wife.J
to s811 to the City of' Anaheim the f'ollowing described real property
situated in the City of' Anaheim, County of' Orange. State of Calif'-
ornia, to be used for ,road and public utili tv purposes ,
and more particularly described as f'ollowsg
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 40 feet (as measured from the
m.onumented center line of West Street) of that parcel of
land, located'in the City of Anaheim, County of Orang~;Jstate
of California, described as follows:
The Westerly 190 feet of the NWi of the Nwi of the NW:i
of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.
Excepting therefrom the Northerly 210 feet.

of Anaheim, and that the City of' Anaheim accept a conveyance of' said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of' the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the OWIlers of
said real property, out of' General Funds of' the City of' Anaheim, the
sum of' One Dollar ($1.00).
