CITY OF' ANARIUM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF Al'iAHE:IM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
~~REAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real
property for public purposes, to wit: An easement for public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW, THER8;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of REPUBLIC ESTATES IBC.,
STARLDHT HOMES INC., DIXIE ESTATES INC., ELDORADO TERRACE INC.,
ESTATE HOMES INC., and EXECUTIVB ESTATES INC., all corporations
organized under the laws of the State of California, to sell to
the City of Anaheim the following described real property situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for an easement for public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across those parcels of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, and being portions of Tract No.
3256, as shown on a map filed in Book 98, Pages
27, 28 and 29 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Parcell: The Northerly 5 feet of Lot 80.
Parcel 2: The East 3 feet of the Northerly 24
teet of Lot 71.
Parcel 3: The Westerly 3 feet of the Southerly
24 feet of Lot 64.
Parcel 4: The 'iWesterly :3 feet of the Southerly
24 feet of Lot 68.
Parcel 5: The Northerly 3 feet of the Easterly
24 feet of the westerly 47 feet of
Lot 61.
Parcel 6: The Southerly 3 feet of the Westerly
24 feet of Lot 66.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE ITB'URTHER RESOLVED that the Ci ty Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
