A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTI:(,ITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS~ the City Councilor the City or Anaheim 1s
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property tor
public purposes, to wit~ An easement ror road and public util~ty
pUrpo... ; an
WHEREAS~ the owner 8 of' said property ha...u. oftered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ot the City ot ~aheim tinds that
it is tor the benef'it and best interest of the City'of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

and more particularly describe as follows:
An easement f'or road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 40 feet (a. measured at right angles
to the Center Line of Broadway St.) and the Easterly 50 teet
(as measured at right angles to the center line of Magnolia
Avenue) of that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim
County of Orange, State of California, described as tollows: '
The North 190 feet of the East 200 feet of the East 10 acres
of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.&M.
be, and 'the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council ot the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance ot said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tr.e City Treasurer ot the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the OWDers ot
said real property, out of General Funds of the City ot Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
