A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING '1'0 THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UT:ij..ITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS. the City Councilor the C1ty or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property for
public purposes. to wit~ An easement ror road and nublie utilttY
purposes ; ana--
WHEREAS. the owners or said property ha~ offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity. and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim rinds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the Ci ty.or Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council or the
City of Anaheim that the ofrer or WILLIAM S. FUKUDA and ROSE C.
FUIUDA, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for an easement for road and nublic util .es,
and more particularly escr be as 0 lows~
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across
the Southerly 10 feet of that parcel of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 11 of Anaheim Extension, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, state of California, as shown on a map of survey made by
William Hamel, filed in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Placentia Avenue
and East Center Street as said center lines are shown on a map of
Tract No. 1843 recorded in book 53, page 46, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, California; thence
1) along said center line of East Center Street South 74037'32" West
642.59 feet; thence
2) at right angles South 15022'2811 East 50.00 feet to the South line of
East Center Street, said point also being the true point of beginniag
of this description; thence
3) along the South line of said East Center street South 74037'32- West
250.00 feet to ~tB ~nterBect~on w~th the Northerly l~ne of Anahe~m-
Olive Road, 100.00 feet in width, said Northerly line being a curve
concave Southwesterly, having a radius of 3050.00 feet; thence
4) Easterly along said Northerly line of Anaheim-Olive Road through a
central angle of 04041147" a length of 250.00 feet; thence
5) North 06047126" West 74.15 feet to the true point of beginning,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tLe City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property. out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
