RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREASg the Oity Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and public utility
purooses ; and
WHEREASg the owner~ of said property ha~ offered to sell
and convey tne same to theUCity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of A~aheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City\of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFOREg BE IT RESOLVED by the Oi ty Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Clarence A. Carlson and Reba M.
Carlson, husband and wife,
to ~.ll to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orangeg State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purpo~es,
and more particularly described as follows~
An easement for road and oublic utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 40 feet of that parcel of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California,
described as follows:
The West 75 feet of the North 150 feet of the NE~ of the NEt
of the SW~ of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B.&.M.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheimg and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tLe City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
