RESOLUTION NO. 4131
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO '!'HE
GI'l'Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and public utility
DuruoS88 ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~aheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interesT. of the City'of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 60 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Harbor Boulevard) of that parcel ot
land, located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state
of California, described as follows:
The Southerly 210 feet of the Northerly 410 feet of the SEt
of the SEt of the SW; of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B.&M.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum ot One Dollar ($1.00).
