A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PUBPO~A
WH~S~ the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property tor
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and Dub1 1c utl1rty
purposes ; an
WHEREAS, the owner s or said property ha~ otrered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity. and
WHEREAS, the City Council or the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benerit and best interest of the City\of Anaheim to
accept said orrer and purchase said real property.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 50 feet of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
state of California, described as follows:
The most Westerly 124 feet of the most Easterly 530 feet
of the Nt of the wt of the Nt of the Nwi of the NWi of
Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.&K.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tLe City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
