A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS>> the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purpose s, to wi t ~ An easement for road and 'Public uti lilY

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~aheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest. of the Cityot' Anaheim to
aooept said ot't'er and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE>> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot' the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CAPITAL ESTATES NO.2
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
situated in the City ot' Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
ornia, to be used for -load and 'Publlcc utilitv uuruoses
and more partioularly escribed as ollows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 60 feet (as
measured at right angles to the oenter line of
Harbor Boulevard) of that parcel of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, desoribed as follows:
The North 55 feet of the South 250 feet of the
East 195 feet of the SEt of the SEt of theSif of
Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,

be, and the same is hereby', aocepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tte City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds ot' the City of Anaheim, the
SUM of One Dollar ($1.00).
