A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO '!'HE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real propert~ for
pUblic purposes, to witg An easement for road and publio
utility purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property haJL- offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity. and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~aheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDb~ the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ANNIE K. RASTER. a widow.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the folrowing described real propert~
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as followsg
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 20 feet and
the Westerly 20 feet of that parcel of land, de-
scribed as follows:
Lot 16 of the Orangewood Tract, as shown on a map
thereof filed in Book 7, Page 32 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, California,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 285 feet of the
Northerly 293 feet.
