A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER
AND WATER LINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sanitary
sewer and water line purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of COASTWISE INVESTMENT CO..
a California corporationr and ORANGE DEVELOPMENT CO.. INC..

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of california, to be used for an easement for
sanitary sewer ~nd w~ter line Eurposes
, an more par icularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of a sanitary
sewer line and a water line along, under and across that portion
of the Southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
County, included within a strip of land 40.00 feet wide, lying
20.00 feet on each side (as measured at right angles and
radially) of the following described center line:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 6, said
Southwest corner being the center line intersection of Magnolia
Avenue and La Palma Avenue; thence along the South line of
said Section 6, North 890 21' 2011 East 900.24 feet; thence
North 00 46' 0011 West 53.00 feet; thence parallel with said
South line South 890 21' 20" West 186.00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning of this description; thence North 00 38' 40"
West 267.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave South-
westerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence North-
westerly along said curve through a central angle of 900 00' 00"
an arc distance of 78.54 feet; thence parallel with said south
line South 890 211 20" West 611.16 feet.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion included within "Parcell" in a
deed to William A. Simpson, a married man, recorded November 14,
1966 in Book 8103, page 13 of Official Records of said County.

The side lines of the above described 40-foot strip of land
shall be prolonged or shortened so as to terminate at their
points of intersection with the Easterly line of said
Magnolia Avenue, 106 feet wide, and the Northerly line
of said La Palma Avenue, 106 feet wide.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey=
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
