RESOLUTION NO. 67R-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIH M'IENDING RESOLUTION NO.
66R-696 in RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 66-67-23.
vlliEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
October 25, 1966, adopt Resolution No. 66R-696 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 66-67-23 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R-A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to ~1-l, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the con-
ditions set forth in said resolution; and
vlliEREAS, the owner of the real property described in
said resolution has requested that a portion of the property be
deleted from said reclassification proceedings, and that Resolu-
tion No. 66R-696 be amended by amending the description of the
real property to read as follows:
All that real property situated in the City of Eillaheim,
County of Orange, state of California, described as:
The South 203.00 feet of the East 203.00 feet (said
distances being measured from the center lines of the
streets adjoining said land on the South and East) ,
of Lot 20, l~aheim Extension, in the City of Anaheim,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3, Pages 162
to 164, inclusive, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 30 feet and the East 30
feet thereof.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request
should be granted and the description of the property amended;
and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence or oversight Condition
No. 1 of said Resolution No. 66R-696 provides for the dedication
of a 35-foot radius corner return at the intersection of Ball
Road and State College Boulevard when, in fact, only a 25-foot
radius corner return is required by the City at said intersec-
tion, and the City Council does, therefore, find that said
Condition No. 1 should be amended; and
WEEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 66R-696 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 66-67-23 be, and the same is hereby amended
as follovlS:
(1) That the description of the real property contained
in said resolution be amended to read:

All that real property situated in the City of Anaheira,
County of Orange, state of California, described as:
The South 203.00 feet of the East 203.00 feet (said
distances being measured from the center lines of the
streets adjoining said land on the South and East) ,
of Lot 20, l':J1aheim Extension,' in the City of Anaheim,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3, Pages 162
to 164, inclusive, r,liscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROIvI the South 30 feet and the East 30
feet thereof.
(2) That Condition No. 1 of said resolution be amended
to read:
"1. That the owner of subject property shall deed
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet
in width, from the center line of the street,
alo~g Ball Road and State College Boulevard,
including a 25-foot radius corner return, for
street widening purposes.ll
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 66R-696 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of January, 1967.
