RESOLUTION NO. 67R- 32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
COMPROMISE OF CERTAIN EMINENT DOMAIN LITIGA-
TION, and DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
l~E CERTAIN PAYrvlENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, heretofore, by its resolution duly adopted
and passed on the 4th day of February, 1964, the City of Anaheim
authorized and directed the initiation of condemnation proceed-
ings, which resulted in the commencement of Orange County
Superior Court Case No. 124308, being entitled "City of Anaheim
vs. Carl J. Bleck, etc., et al."; and
WHEREAS, Defendant, Carl J. Bleck, has offered to
deed the property sought to be condemned by the City of Anaheim
to the City for a total cash consideration of $118.34; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that the sum of $118.34 is a fair and reasonable amount to be
paid for the property cQndemned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Director of Finance be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to deliver to the City Attorney's
Office the sum of $118.34 payable to Carl J..Bleck, to be de-
livered by the City Attorney to the attorney for said defendant
when the City Attorney holds a grant deed in favor of the City of
Anaheim, executed by Carl J. Bleck, conveying the property con-
demned.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of January, 1967. .
