A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEHl ACCEPTING AN EASEl.lENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO 'l'EE CITY OF ANAIIEHl CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASE~illNT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PUl~OSES.
'tlHEREAS, tile City Council of tne City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wi.t; An easement for road and pub-
lic utility purposes; and
~v'HEREAS, the o\;Jners of saia. property have offered. to
sell and convey the same to tile City; ana
HHEREAS, tIle City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
tnat it is for the benefit ana best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer ana purchase saiu real property.
NO\v, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the Ci-ty Council of

and l-JELLIL ilUCKENTHALLR, :nusband and. wife, as joint tenants , as
-to an undiviaed one-half interes-t, and LAWRENCE A. NUCKENTHALER,
JH., RICHARD L. HUCKEbi'I'HALER and CAROL J. j'JlURPHY, AS TRUS'I'EES,
an unc.iviaed. one-naIf interest,to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City of
AnaHeim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for
an easement for roaci and pU.01ic utility purposes, and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
An easement for road and pUblic utility purposes over,
under and across blat portion of the East 180.00 feet of
the South 181.00 feet of tile south half of the Southwest
quarter of tHe Nortnwest quarter of section 9, Towr..ship 4
south, Range lOv\'est, in tile l{ancno San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, as per ilap recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Iliscellane-
ous Maps, records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest ~uarter
of said Section 9, said corner being, for the purpose of
this description, the centerline intersection of Loara street
and Crescent Avenue, as shown on a Record of Survey filed in
Book 35, page 16 of Recoru of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, tnence South 890 391 15" Hest
alongtlle centerline of Crescent Avenue a distance of 46.95
feet, thence North 00 20' 45" V;est a distance of 31.00 f~et
to the Leginlling of a curve concave Northwesterly and having
a radius of 15 feet, a radial line Dearing SOUtll 00 20' 45"
East passes -ti1rougn tIle ?oint of begiiming of said curve;
thence Lasterly and Northerly along said curve through a cen-
tral angle of 890 56' 10" an arc distance of 23.55 feet to an
intersection wib. a line paralle:l 'vdtJ:! and 32 feet \fJesterly
of tile centerline of Loara Stree-t; thence North 890 43' 05"
Last a distance of 32 feet to the centerline of Loara Street;
thence South 00 16' 55" East along the centerline of said
Laara Street to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion lying within Loara Street on
the East and Crescent l\venue on t~le Soutb..

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
