RESOLUTION NO. 67R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE BID OF BOOK
PUBLISHING COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT PAGES
FOR THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the Book Publishing Company heretofore
entered into a contract to codify the ordinances of the City
of Anaheim into the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, included in said contract was a provision
taking care of supplemental material added to said Municipal
Code subsequent to the date of its original publication; and
WHEREAS, the Book Publishing Company has submitted
its bid for supplementation of the code of the City of Anaheim
with sets of replacement pages; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the bid of Book
Publishing Company to be fair and reasonable.
