RESOLUTION NO. 4095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Oity Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit~ An easement for public utility Purpo~

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to sell
and convey the same to theCity; and -
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of A~aheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest. of the City\of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DOYLE AND SHIELDS INC.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
ornla, to be used for lUblic utili tic purposes
and more particularly escribed as ollows~

An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly five (5) feet of that par-
cel of land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of Oalifornia, described as follows:
Lot 23 of Anaheim Investment Oompany tract, as Shown
on a map filed in Book 7, Pages 33 and 34 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, Records of said Orange Oounty, California.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyMea of said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tr,e Ci ty Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
