A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PVBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS $ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit ~ An easement for public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the OWTI9rs of said property ha~ offered to Bell
and convey the same to the-city, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interear. of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.

An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the following described property:
The North 10 feet of Lots 74 to 77 inclusive, 80 to
83 inclusive, 87, 88 and 100 to 102 inclusive;
The West 10 feet of Lots 103 to 109 inclusive;
The South 10 feet of Lots 110 to 112 inclusive;
The West 10 feet of the South 35 feet of Lot 114, and
the West 10 feet of Lots 115 to 122 inclusive, all in
Tract No. 3167, City of Anaheim, as per map recorded
in Book 98, Pages 11, 12 and 13, Miscellaneous Maps
of records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is herebY$ accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim. and that the City of Anahel.m accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that t[,e Ci. ty Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum. of One Dollar ($1. 00) .
