A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS>> the City Counell of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utilit:.v
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner or said property halL- offered to sell
and convey the same to theCity. a.nd
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest. of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and pu.rchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of THE RO~~N CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF
LOS ANGELES a corporation~Qle.
to sell to ~he City ot Anaheim the forlowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for ,road @d public u.tili tv purposes ,
and more particular-ly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 50 feet (as measured to
the center line of Euclid Avenue) of that parcel of
land located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
The East 10 acres of the North 20 acres of the NEt of
the SEt of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
partly in the Rancho Los Coyotes and partly in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon De Santa Ana,
Excepting therefrom the following: Beginning at a
point 40.393 chains South and 30 feet West of the NE
corner of said Section 17; thence, West 9.565 chains
(631.29 feet); thence South 6.27 chains (413.82 feet);
thence East 9.56 chains (630.96 feet) and thence North
6.27 chains (413.82 feet) to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tte City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he Is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property~ .out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
