RESOLU'rION NO. 4076
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ~AHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property
for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, INTERSTATE ENGINEERING CORPORATION, a Calif-
ornia corporation, owners of said property, has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council rinds that it is for the
benerit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said
offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the ofrer or Interstate Engineering
Corporation, to sell to the City of Anaheim the rollowing des-
cribed real property situated in the City or Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to be used ror public purposes, and
more particularly described as follows:
An undivided one-twelrth interest in and to that
portion or Lot~ of Anaheim Extention, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map of survey made by William Hamel
and filed for record with the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, Calirornia, a copy or which is
recorded in Book 3, Pages 163 et seq~, entitled
"Los Angeles County Maps", records or said Orange
County, described as rollows:
Commencing on the South line of Broad Street, at
a point 20 reet Easterly rrom the West line of
that certain parcel of land conveyed to John H.
Kirsch et ux., by deed recorded in Book 337, Page
370 or Deeds, records of said Orange County, said
point or beginning being 775.96 reet, more or less,
Westerly from the center line or Orange Street;
thence Southerly, parallel with the said center
line of Orange Street and along the Easterly line
or the 20 foot strip reserved for road and ditch
purposes in said deed, a distance or 50 feet; thence
Easterly, parallel with the Southerly line or Broad
Street, 50 feet; thence North, parallel with the center
line of Orange Street, 50 feet; thence Westerly
along the Southerly line or Broad Street, 50 feet
to the point of beginning; TOGETHER WITH an undivided
one-twelfth interest in and to the pump and all equip-
ment used in connection therewith. TOGETHER WITH one
hundred percent interest in water well meter, Sparl-
ing No. 33826.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Councilor the
City or Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyanQe
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of saia real property, out or the General Funds of the City, the
sum of $1.00.
