RESOLUTION NO. 4050

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO
ACCEPT COMPENSATION PAYMENtS FROM THE
STATE COMPENSATION FUND FOR INJURED
POLICEMEN AND FIREMEN.
WHEREAS, the City Council .tlas been informed, through
a commun;i.cation from the State Compensation Insurance Fund,.
that payments to Municipalities have been increased for injuries
to police and firemen in consideration of a 1% increase of the
present premium; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to accept the additional compensa-
tion and pay the additional premium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO:t.VED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby
accept, compensation payments from the State Compensation Fund
for injured policemen and firemen.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payment of the
necessary increased premium be, and it is hereby authorized.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of August, 1957.
