CLliVEYIliG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEl';$NT FOR STREET
PURPOSES.
w~REAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is

for outlic purposes, to wit: An easement for street purposes;
and

sell and convey the same to the City; and

the City of Anaheim that the of fer of MULLER HOLDING AND INVEST-
l~NT CO., a partnership, to sell to the City of Anaheim the fol-

County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement

conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
of tne City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay to the owners of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollars ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
