EASJlmIT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PUIfOSES.
WHEREAS. the City Council of th~ City of Anaheim is
deslrous of purchasing the hereinafter ~escribed real property for
public purposes. to wit: An easement f~r public utility PUrDO~S

WHERBAS, the owner s of said prQperty ha va offered to .ell
and convey the same to the-critYi and ---
WHEREAS. the City Council of th~ City of ~aheim fi~d8 that
it 1s for the benefit and best interest of the City ,at' ADah.im to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
An easement for oublic utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, state of California, being a strip of
land 3 feet in .,ridth, "hich center line is described as
follows:
Commencing at a point distant Southerly 34 feet, as measured
at right angles from the North line of Section 20, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M. and distant Westerly measured
at right angles from the Ea:t line of said Section 20, 58.5
feet, said point being the true point of beginning of said
stri~ of land 3 feet wide; thence, North 59032' 20. East to
the Doint of in~ersection of the North and East lines of
said'Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.
