A RESOLUTION OF 'fHE CUY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE PR9pOSED CHANGES TO
THAT CERTAIN SUPPLEMENTAL F:REEWAY AGREEMENT
DATED AUGUST 22, 1955 RELATING TO A PORTION
OF 'l'HE SANTA ANA FREEWAY, StATE. HIGHWAY ROAD
VII-ORA-174;..ANA, BETWEEN TIl$: CITY LIMITS AT
HOUSTOI'f AND CITY LIMI'.rS AT VERMONT; AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE EXECUTION OF A REVISED FREEWAY AGREE-
MENT INCORPORATING SAID CHANGES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anahei~ and the State of
California have heretofore entered ipto a Supplemental
Freeway Agreement dated August 22, 1955 relating to the
portion Of Santa Ana Freeway, State Highway Road VII-Ora-
174-Ana between City Limits at Houston and City Limits at
Vermont; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has req~ested deletion
of the access road, centerline of which is 270.05 feet north
of the centerline of La Palma and extends westerly from Brook-
hurst as shown on Exhibit A-l appen~ed to Supplemental Freeway
Agreement, and attached print titled "State of California,
Division of Highways, Road VII-Ora-174-Ana, Proposed Deletion
of Access Road North of La Palma, Scale 1"-600, July 31, 1957."
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and ordered that the
City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby concurs and appreves
the proposed revision as set forth hereinabove as requested by
letter dated July 15, 1957, by Keith A. Murdoch, Administrative
Officer, City of Anaheim, it being understood that a reviaed
freeway agreement incorporating said revision is to be. entered
into after construction of the freeway.
AND BE IT :F'UR'fHEH RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are, hereby authorized to execute said re-
vised freeway agreement hereinabove mentioned, for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of August, 1957.
