A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CONFIRMING THE ITEMIZED
WR ITTEN REPORT OF THE SUPER INTENDENT OF
STREETS SHOWING THE COST OF WEED ABATE-
MENT IN FRONT OF OR ON EACH SEPARATE
PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE CITY WHERE
SUCH WEEDS HAVE BEEN REOOVED OR ABATED
BY THE CITY, AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF
A CERTIFIED COPY THEREOF WITH THE COUNTY

WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the
City of Anaheim having filed his report showing the cost
of removing weeds from streets within the City of Anaheim,
as heretofore ordered by Resolution No. 388;, and the
City Council having heard said report, and no objections
having been raised by the property owners liable to be
assessed for the work of abating such nuisance,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the report of said Superintendent of
Streets be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
2. That the cost as to each lot, as set forth in
said report of the Superintendent of Streets, is ascertained
and determined to be a correct cost.
3. That all sums for the cost of removal of weeds,
rubbish and refuse not paid on or before the first of July,
1957 are hereby declared to be a lien upon the property from
which such weeds, rubbish and refuse have been removed by
the Superintendent of Streets, and shall be collected with
the taxes on said property,
4. That the City Finance Director be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to file with the County
Auditor of the County of Orange, on or before August 10,
1957, a certified copy of this resolution and a certified
copy of the report of the Superintendent of Streets hereby
confirmed; and the County Auditor is authorized and re-
quested to enter each assessment on the County tax rolls
opposite the parcel of land, and add the amount of the
assessment to the next regular tax bill levied against each
of said parcels for municipal purposes.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 6th day of August, 1957.

ing provided by law of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, held on the 6th day of August, 1957, by the foI-
